Summer Session Update
Master Classes & Make-up Lessons Next Week
Our Summer Session is in full swing. This week we will have regular lessons. Next week is our Master Class week. The master class with your group will be our lesson for the week. Master Classes will be held in the Music Building in the Rehearsal Hall.
Here is the Master Class Schedule:
Monday, July 1 (Rehearsal Hall, 1st Floor of Music Building)

Tuesday, July 2 (Rehearsal Hall, 1st Floor of Music Building)

Make-up Lessons
Make-up lessons are available for all students who have missed a lesson during the summer session or who know they will be absent later in the session.
Let me know if you are in need of a make-up and we will arrange a time for you.
Mirabilis Student, Jack Bell, Solo Recital—Sunday, July 14
Our own Jack Bell has been a student at Mirabilis Studio since he was eight years old. Besides his study of classical guitar he is also a master cellist, having played with the HCYO for years and is an award-winning jazz guitarist for Fredericksburg High School.
Jack will be performing a Solo Recital on Sunday, July 14th at 3:00PM in the Recital Hall at Schreiner University. Please come and enjoy Jack’s performance of solo guitar classics including the music of Fernando Sor, Isaac Albeniz, and Francisco Tárrega, as well as some great jazz!
The recital is free and open to all. The Recital Hall is located in the Junkin Campus Ministry Center (#18 on the map—remember to scroll down to see the interactive map).

Schreiner University Summer String Camp
Schreiner University is including Guitar in their summer camp offerings this year. Mirabilis Students who are interested please contact me and we will work out a plan to include your usual private lesson in addition to all of the fun offerings of the string camp! The camp is open to students grades 6 -12.
